The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. At REDVERTEX, we are Humans first, and nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our employees and their families, our clients and our customers.
There are a number of measures we’re taking to ensure we manage to safety get through this situation while continuing to serve our customers effectively.
Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made the decision to have employees in our offices around the world who can perform their jobs remotely, work from home through at least March 29, 2020. To mitigate risk of exposure, we’ve temporarily suspended business travels, large gathering and face-to-face meetings.
For our employees across our three main offices in Sofia, Dubai and Miami, we are moving to flexible work arrangements. That means team members should work remotely if their job allows, and those whose work requires them to be on side should follow guidance to maximize interpersonal space. Extensive, deep cleaning will continue at all sites.
Our customers and partners
We know our customers and partners depend on REDVERTEX services all the time, and especially in times like these. We’re bringing the same creativity and passion to meeting this challenge that we do in everything else we undertake.
What that means is that for REDVERTEX, much of our day to day work, and other collaboration tools will be conducted as normal. We can continue to push projects forward and be in constant contact with one another.We are committed to keeping our services up and running. Please know that our team managers will be available if there are issues you want to discuss or challenges that arise.
