A key component of the park will be a new 300-key, family-friendly eco resort, scheduled to open in late 2024 or early 2025. In addition to the adventure park and nature attractions, Jungle Island will also feature a strong corporate appeal, with more than 10  indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces, catering to small or large groups, and ranging from small celebrations to 1000+-person gatherings. The development would be made to merge with the entertainment complex Jungle Island, which will remain, and will include an elevated porte-cochère leading into the lobby of the hotel, as well as an elevated park reminiscent of The High Line in New York.
